STATUS: Unchanged for 2020 - The tiny hatchback can carry a reasonable amount of gear for its size and four adult passengers in relative comfort, at least for short jaunts. Chevrolet claims the stout body structure and lots of sound-absorbing materials ensure a quiet, comfortable ride. The 1.4-liter engine connects to a five-speed manual transmission, or optional continuously variable unit (CVT) that saps some of driving fun. Along with 10 airbags, the standard-feature list includes air conditioning, seven-inch touchscreen and a decent stereo. The options list includes a sunroof, navigation system, heated front seats, alloy wheels and a premium audio package. An available Driver Confidence Package includes lane-departure warning, forward collision alert and rear-park assist. The optional Activ trim comes with roof rails, side cladding, redesigned nosepiece with giant fog lamps, unique wheels and a suspension that's altered for slightly more ride height.
