STATUS: Unchanged for 2020 - As a people mover, Toyota's minivan has plenty going for it, including the fact that it's the only vehicle of its type available with all-wheel-drive. It's offered on all but the base L trim, which is front-wheel-drive only. The Sienna comes with plenty of clever and convenient stowage spots for up to eight people, or seven if the optional second-row high-back chairs replace the three-person bench. The third-row can be folded flat into the load floor when not needed. Pretty much everything the driver can see or touch is high quality. The Sienna uses soft-touch materials on the door panels and dash, on the three-spoke heated steering wheel, the center console, the transmission shifter and the integrated Entune audio system. In the top-level Sienna Limited, the mid-row buckets turn into reclining lounge seats that also feature swing-up foot rests for maximum self-indulgent travel. The Sienna operates with a 296-horsepower V-6 that's hooked to an eight-speed automatic transmission. A suite of dynamic safety technologies, which includes automatic braking and lane-keeping assist, is also standard across the Sienna line.
